CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If for whatever reason, you need to cancel or are not able to attend a live event, workshop and/or private session(s), a 24-Hour notice of cancellation is required. A 50% refund will be issued if cancelled within 24-Hour period. Please see Refund Policy below.
(NOTE – I do know things come up last minute and emergencies happen, because of this, I will consider extenuating circumstances on an individual basis).
REFUND POLICY:
LIVE EVENTS, GROUP WORKSHOPS and/or ONE-ON-ONE Services (Including but not limited to: services, private sessions, packages; such as coaching, mentorship, grief support) Must be paid in full prior to date of scheduled event, workshop, session(s) or webinar services provided.
If there is the option to pay at time or day of event (“at door”), set fee must paid in full before attending and service provided.
I do not issue refunds unless I am given 24 Hour notice of cancellation, in which I will offer a 50% refund.
You are responsible to arrive on time to scheduled events, and although I do allow a 15 Minute grace period, the doors will close (as to be in consideration of other guests and not allow for disruptions or disturbances) after 15 minutes of scheduled start time, in which I will not be able to issue a refund should you arrive after the 15 minutes.
ONLINE SERVICES: (digital downloads; e-books, packages, sound/music recordings, online course materials, meditations and/or online web services)
Because of the digital nature of our courses, materials and/or programs, I do not issue refunds under any circumstances on downloadable courses, materials, products or packages.
PRODUCTS:
The Refund Policy on tangible products is good 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, I will not be able offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards/certificates.
Downloadable or digital products, recordings or services.
Event Tickets (see Cancellation Policy above)
Subscription packages of any kind
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Once your return is received and looked over, I will send you an email to notify you that your returned item was received and will also notify you if I am able to offer a refund. If a refund is offered, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days according to credit processing time.
I do not offer refunds on discounted or sale items.
EXCHANGES:
