I, at DESTINY RAEL (Company) have created this Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) because not only do I care about how information you provide to me is used and shared, I know that you do too. This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) serves to inform you of my policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of the information I receive when you access and use my website (“Site) and/or sign up to receive correspondence from me through my newsletter.
This Privacy Policy applies to my information collection and use practices: online when you visit the website (Site,); including, without limitation, www.destinyrael.com and offline when you provide information to me (such as attendance at live events and/or workshops, private sessions, any online social media platforms)
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. I will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on my Site. Your use of the Services following any such notice will signify and constitute your agreement to and acceptance of such revised Privacy Policy.
Use of this website is to provide information about life coaching grief coaching, In addition to providing you with information, the other purposes of our website include, allowing you to join my mailing list, sign-up for free offers, purchase offers (such as products, programs and/or services), access education and resources and provide a means for you to contact me and book a discovery session. Any other use of this site is prohibited.

SQUARESPACE
This Site is hosted by Squarespace. Personal Information (as defined below) hosted by or through Squarespace is subject to their privacy policy which may or may not contain terms as protective as this Privacy Policy. By using this Site, you are agreeing to be bound by Squarespace’s privacy policy, which can be found at https://www.squarespace.com/privacy.
Squarespace uses third party payment processors to assist it in processing your personally identifiable “Payment Information” securely. Such third-party processors’ use of your personal information is governed by their respective privacy policies which may or may not contain privacy protections as protective as this privacy policy. Payments for any services, products and events are currently processed and managed using the third party vendor PayPal. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
In the course of operating the Websites and/or interacting with you, I will collect (and/or receive) the following types of information.

When you sign up to receive any of the free newsletters, email correspondence, respond to a survey, register for a workshop, event, online program or a class, or purchase any product or service, you may be required to provide personal information about yourself, such as your name, address, email address, and phone number. I do not collect any personal information from Visitors when they use the Websites unless they provide such information voluntarily, such as by registering or sending us an email or signing up for a newsletter. All information is to collect and/or receive under this section is collectively called “Personal Information.” All of this information is provided to us by you.
2. Order Information.
When you place an Order, you must provide certain information about the products and services you are seeking to purchase. Such information is collectively called the “Order Information.”
3. Billing and Payment Information.
When you wish to purchase a product or service, you will be required to provide certain information in addition to the Personal Information and Order Information noted above. Such information may include a debit card number, credit card number, expiration date, billing address, activation codes, and similar information. Such information is collectively called the “Billing Information.” Although I will have access to the Billing Address, Phone number, I do not have access to the payment information you provide (credit card numbers, personal PayPal account information) which is collected and processed by the third-party payment vendor, PayPal (as mentioned above in the Squarespace section) which is pursuant to the terms and conditions of their privacy policies and terms of use.
HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS USED AND IS SHARED
I use the Personal Information, the Order Information, the Billing Information, and the Other Information (collectively, the “Information”) to provide services; to process Orders; to administer or to solicit your feedback; to respond to your questions, comments or feedback and to inform you about products, services or upcoming events, programs and workshops.
California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance. I value your privacy and have the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. I will not distribute your Personal Information to outside parties except as permitted under this Privacy Policy.
INFORMATION YOU SHARE
Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily make your Personal Information available to third parties — for example on message boards or web logs; through email; during webinars, classes, telephone conferences, or coaching calls; or in comment or chat areas — that information can be seen, collected, heard, and/or used by others besides this Site. I cannot be responsible for any unauthorized third-party use of such information.
SERVICE PROVIDERS
I do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share your Personal Information for marketing purposes with third parties. I may employ third-party companies who are performing services for DESTINY RAEL (Company), such as the servers for email communications who are provided access to user’s email address for the purposes of sending emails from us. These vendors use your Personal Information only at our discretion for the following reasons:

· To provide the Service on my behalf;

· To assist in analyzing how the Service is used.
