Let your grief guide the way…
find strength. find hope. find you.
Hi!
I have a feeling you might be here because you're either grieving the death of a loved one or someone dear to you is. Or perhaps another significant loss in your life that feels like a death, an unbearable ending.
First and foremost, I want to say I am sorry. I am sorry you are hurting.
Grief is an incredibly personal and painful journey. My intention is to provide you with a safe and supportive space where you can find understanding, support, healing and hope… even beyond your grief.
Where your pain is acknowledged, your emotions are validated, your journey is supported and your loved one is honored.
I want you to know, you are NOT alone. I can say this not only because I personally have lived through my own grief journey (learn more about me here), but also through working with dozens of others who have been through the devastation and heartache of grief.
Common things I hear - Sound Familiar?
I can't seem to eat, sleep, or focus; I feel utterly exhausted.
I feel lost, stuck, and overwhelmed.
I have waves of intense emotions that hit me unexpectedly
I'm consumed by guilt or regret about things left unsaid or undone.
I feel numb, disconnected from reality, just going through the motions.
Doing things that once brought me joy feels impossible; it's like a part of myself is missing.
Concentrating or making decisions is a struggle; even everyday tasks overwhelm me.
I don’t recognize myself anymore; I'm not sure who I am.
I feel disconnected from people, even alienated from friends and family who don't understand my grief.
I feel pressured to grieve in a ‘certain way’ or on other peoples timeframe.
I'm questioning my faith or beliefs, I don’t know what I believe anymore.
I can’t even imagine life without this person, let alone think about my future.
I'm trying to find answers about grief to make sense of what I'm going through.
I feel utterly alone.
Do you relate? If you find yourself feeling any or all of the above, you are NOT alone AND you do not have to do it alone.
Grief isn't easy. It's a heavy burden to carry, and it can feel like there's no end in sight. But even in the darkest moments, there is a possibility for light, peace, purpose and hope.
AND I can help you. Together, we'll honor every ache, every memory, and every aspect of your grief, because that's where the path to healing begins.
There are a few ways I can help you, you can scroll below to learn how. I also invite you to book a FREE call with me to see how we can work together through your grief.

I understand…
never in a million years…
Would I have thought I would be a member of the 'grief club, let alone guiding others through it. When my brother (Joseph) passed away, it was the most painful, devastating loss of my life. It shattered me and changed the course of my life forever. Since then, my journey has been one of mourning, rediscovery, renewal and gradual healing—a path I'm still walking. I have found purpose in helping others navigate theirs
Aside from my personal experiences, I have certifications as a trauma informed transformational life coach, grief support leader, crisis counselor and spiritual guide. I integrate a range of tools, techniques, modalities and insights to support your holistic healing journey. I have lived it…and can help you live through yours.
You can learn more about me and my story here.
The reality is that you will grieve forever. You will not 'get over' the loss of a loved one; you will learn to live with it. You will heal and you will rebuild yourself around the loss you have suffered. You will be whole again but you will never be the same. Nor should you be the same nor would you want to."

What others are Saying!
do you feel ready to explore your
life after loss?
It is hard to imagine a future amidst grief, or even think of ‘dreams, aspirations and goals’. It can bring up a whole set of emotions.
However, if you feel you have navigated through the raw, tender spaces of grief and find yourself ready to embrace your future with a renewed sense of purpose, my life coaching services may be the next step for you.
Together, we'll shift our focus towards creating a more meaningful and fulfilling life, exploring your goals, relationships, and various aspects of your journey ahead. This is not about ‘moving on’, it is creating a life that honors both your grief, your future self while being open to the possibilities of what lies beyond.
