One 60-90-minute session via Zoom or can be in person (if in los Angeles).
Accountability check-in via Voxer/Text so you can stay on track and to support you as you implement the work from our sessions.
Personalized Tools/Resources (if applicable) customized for you to further guide and support your transformations and shifts you WILL be making!
Inspired “homework” action assignment to keep you on track towards goals and/or steps you commit to taking for yourself.
Email Recap and session overview with additional insight and journal prompts for your reflection.
I work with the SOUL of you. Working together is a collaborative partnership between you and I, in which, we will engage in thought-provoking, heart storming and creative processes that will ideally inspire you to go deeper within yourself, discover YOUR answers inside, enhance your personal, spiritual and/or professional life goals and higher purpose. Our time will focus on ways of navigating through change, hardships and transitions, moving you from where you are now to where you desire to be and creating an inspired action plan to get you there! As your transformational 'DESTINY coach, I will do that by clarifying YOUR values and inner truths, gently guiding you towards healing wounds, breaking patterns that no longer serve you, identifying plans of actions that feel right for you, hold you accountable to those plans of action, ask you profound and powerful questions, acknowledge and validate YOUR brilliance, offer tools that prompt you to further reach in the deepest parts of you to discover new ways of operating in your life and encourage you to further live inward out by living YOUR true DESTINY!

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A FREE DISCOVERY CALL AND A FREE COACHING SESSION?
Great question! A free connection call is always offered prior to booking with me and can be very valuable in that it gives us an opportunity to briefly chat, ask and answer questions and determine if working together would be a good fit. A coaching session, is more intimate in that we will openly discuss what is going on for you currently, what hopes and goals you have, challenges you are facing and will then begin to dive into one of those areas you want to focus on to move you forward. It usually includes a takeaway action step you commit to doing within an agreed upon time frame to follow up on at a later date.
IS THERE A CATCH OR FINANCIAL OBLIGATION WITH MY FREE COACHING SESSION?
NO! No strings attached. It is like a try before you buy, and I see the value in that. If after your free session, it doesn’t feel like the right fit or outcome you were looking for, there is no further obligation or contingencies. If anything, I would only hope it confirms one way or the other what you ARE looking for and go find it!
WHAT IF I DO WANT TO BOOK MORE SESSIONS AFTER MY FREE COACHING SESSION?
FANTASTIC! I was hoping you would ask that! After your first free coaching session and follow up, if you decide you want to continue, we will determine a coaching program that will work best for you based on your needs and ultimate outcomes you want.
CAN I JUST BOOK ONE SESSION AT A TIME AFTER MY FREE SESSION?
No, I do not offer one session at a time after your initial free session. In my experience, booking that way lessens the commitment, which is what it takes for true transformation to make the changes and shifts you want. The value of your FREE Coaching session, is to be able to get a feel for the coaching process and if we would be the right fit to work together before you commit to a long-term coaching package and financial investment. I feel confident, that once it is established you would like to continue, we can arrange the best program for you. I offer 3 Month - 6 Month & 12 Month programs for all areas of coaching and maintenance programs.
