    In our time together, we will explore:

    • You’re overwhelmed by emotions—sometimes too many, sometimes none at all. You wonder if you’re grieving the “right” way or if you’ll ever feel like yourself again.

    • You need a space where you don’t have to explain, justify, or hold it together. Somewhere you can just be, without pressure to “move on.”

We will explore how your grief has changed you, the layers of identity loss, and the emotions that arise as you step into life beyond your loss. But most importantly, we will create space for both grief and hope to exist together.

These packages are based on 90-minute, bi-weekly sessions, providing consistent support and guidance throughout your grief journey. However, I know that grief is not one-size-fits-all. Your experience is unique, and so are your needs.

The intensity of emotions can shift and sometimes, you may need more frequent support. Whether that means meeting twice a week, weekly, or bi-weekly, I am fully open to customizing a plan that best supports you.

  • What’s the difference between 3 & 6 months?

    The 3-month coaching experience is about creating space for your grief, processing emotions and finding stability in a world that feels different without your loved one. It’s perfect if you need support in navigating the immediate weight of grief while beginning to reconnect with yourself.

    The 6-month journey is for those who feel ready to go deeper. Beyond processing grief, this is about integrating loss into your life, rebuilding your sense of self and learning how to carry both grief and hope forward.

    How do I know if I’m ready for grief coaching?

    Trust that your Grief will guide you..and perhaps it led you here. There is no “right” time to begin. If you need more support, space to process and guidance in how to navigate life after loss, you are ready. This doesn’t mean rushing your grief—it means having a safe space to move through it at your own pace.

    What if I’ve never done coaching before?

    That’s okay. You don’t need to know what to do—I will guide you. Your grief will too! Coaching is an ongoing, compassionate conversation where we explore, reflect and create gentle ways to support you through grief. There is no expectation, no timeline, just a space to be, to process and to find what you need.

    What happens between sessions?

    Grief doesn’t follow a schedule and neither does support. Between our sessions, you’ll have WhatsApp/text access to me for real-time guidance, reflection, and support. If you need to work through a hard moment, process an unexpected wave of grief, or just feel seen, I am here.

    What’s the difference between grief coaching and therapy?

    Coaching and therapy both offer valuable support, but in different ways. If you’re unsure which is best for you, [click here] to learn more about the key differences.

  • Getting started is easy! The first step is to schedule a complimentary grief guidance call with me. During this call, we'll have the opportunity to get to know each other better, discuss your where you are at in your grief and determine how I can support you best.

    After our initial (complimentary) call, if you decide to move forward , we'll determine the coaching option that best fits your needs or create a customized plan tailored specifically for you.

    I'll then provide you with a coaching agreement outlining our mutual commitments, payment options, and scheduling details.

    Upon signing the coaching agreement, I'll send you an invoice for the agreed-upon services, along with calendar invites for our coaching sessions. You'll also receive any necessary links or instructions to join our sessions virtually or in person!

  • For payment options, I offer flexibility to suit your financial situation. You can choose to pay in full upfront or opt for installment payments.

    I accept various payment methods, including Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, credit cards, Stripe, Bank Transfer, and Wise. The specifics of our payment agreement will be outlined in the coaching contract once we determine what works best for you.

    I understand firsthand how financial stress can compound the challenges of grief. That's why I'm committed to working within your budget and finding a payment plan that aligns with your financial needs. If my pricing options are still out of reach, that is ok,—I have other programs I am launching, such as grief support groups and online programs, that might be a better fit.

  • Typically, my coaching sessions run for approximately 90 minutes. This duration allows us ample time to dive deeper into your thoughts, emotions, and grief, ensuring a thorough and transformative experience. However, I understand that you might have unique needs and preferences, so I'm fully open to customizing the session duration to better suit your specific circumstances!

    Additionally, while my pricing options are structured around bi-weekly sessions to provide time for integration, processing, and progress between sessions, that too is flexible. Therefore, I'm more than willing to adapt the frequency of our sessions to align with your needs and schedule. Whether you prefer weekly, bi-weekly, or another arrangement altogether,

  • To ensure the most effective and consistent support, all sessions are scheduled in advance once confirmed. This allows us to meet consistently based on our agreed-upon plan (whether bi-weekly, weekly, etc.).

    All other scheduling details, including the cancellation policy, will be outlined in the coaching agreement.

  • All coaching sessions are done virtually via Zoom.

    Once sessions are confirmed, you will receive a secure Zoom link to join our meeting.
